The Weekend

A quiet weekend at home...

Steves been doing really well; exercising, losing weight and eating right, then on friday at work his back went out on him for the first time in about a year.

So we had a change in the plans and here is what we did.

Forbidden City 2009

Well here are the tourists that went to the forbidden city as well...these kids know how to make things FUN.

First Date

Well this was Michael's first official date to the girls ask guys, Sadie Hawkins Dance. They looked great and had a good time. They went out for Chinese food and then to the dance. Later in the evening his date received a bump on the forehead (while dancing with someone else) she ended up having to go to the hospital by ambulance to check for a concussion.

She's doing well now...

This is the third time Michael has had to deal with someone fainting - he stays very calm, cool and collected!

Do you know who it was other times? Christmas time at Costco with Chris and visiting a friend in the hospital with Chris.

Monstar

Christopher's team earned 3rd place at the final tournament. This was the 3rd year for a 3rd place finish... We will be losing half the team to graduation, so it will be interesting to see how next year will go.
The really cool part was the next week when he played in the All-Star game. Players from the East went up against players from the West, and Chris was on the winning team as they worked very well together. At half time they had a 3 point and a slam dunk contest that were fun to watch as he slammed the winning dunk.

After the game was over they presented a trophy that was voted on by all of the coaches in the league for PLAYER OF THE YEAR to our Monstar!
